Pattern History:
Fly works great in all situations where a cone head bugger was used.  The Estaz chenile provides a lot more flash than the classic bugger.

Comments / Special Instructions:

Now comes your choice of weight. Dumbell eye will provide weight.  For more weight tie a strand of lead wire across the top of the hook behind the dumbell eye back to where the maribou is tied in. For more weight wrap the hook from where the maribou is tied in to the dumbell eye with lead wire.  I indicate what weight I have used by placing one small red dot on the whip finish for lead tied flat, 2 small red dots for lead wrapped around the hook and none for no lead.

Next tie the chenile at the bend of the hook and wrap forward just behind the dumbell eyes.  Hold the chenile above the hook and tie with a couple of turns of thread front and rear,  Next bring the chenile oer the top of the dumbells and tie off behind the eye of the hook.  Whip finish and apply head cement.  Add a dot of white paint and then a small dot of a black eye.
