Pattern Recipe:
Hook: 2457 Tiemco size #12
Thread: Teal
Body: Baby blue meltalic tinsel and clear jelly rope
Head: Black glass bead
Wings: Black Goose Biots
Collar: Black uv ice dubbing
Wing shuck: Pearl uv ice dubbing

Pattern History:
I developed this pattern because blue is an underused color for steelhead.  It is the first color that can be seen in the color spectrum in the morning and the last color to fade out in the evening.  Steelhead and brown trout love blue.

Comments / Special Instructions:
This fly is best fished  dead drifted close to the bottom with no indicator.
